1. Overview & Coverage
This policy applies only to self-run products (“we,” “us,” or “our” items) that you purchase directly from our checkout. For affiliate items (where you’re redirected to a third-party platform), shipping and returns are entirely governed by that external site’s policies. If you have questions about an affiliate product’s delivery, please refer to that platform’s support.
We currently ship our self-run products to most global destinations, although certain very remote regions may not be supported. If you’re unsure, please contact us before placing an order.
2. Handling & Processing Time
Order Processing: Typically takes 3–10 business days to confirm stock, package items, and finalize shipping documents.
Notifications: Once processing is complete, we’ll email you an update, along with any relevant order or tracking info.
3. Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer two shipping methods by air parcel for most regions: Standard and Express. Some countries do not support expedited shipping, and certain areas or remote regions may be excluded. If you’re unsure about coverage or rates, please contact us.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Standard: 7~15 business days post-dispatch
Expedited: 4~8 business days post-dispatch
Some specialty collectibles may ship directly from their origin to ensure authenticity, availability, and fair pricing. Actual arrival may vary due to customs, carrier backlogs, and other factors.

*For All U.S. deliveries, international shipments now require additional processing time before entering the domestic postal network, which can affect overall transit speed.
From our experience, this may result in delivery extending by around 7~10 business days, even when express shipping is selected.
We generally recommend standard shipping for U.S. orders and thank you for your patience.
Delivery timelines for all other countries are not affected.

4. Delivery Timeline & Delays
- Combined Timing: “Delivery Time” = Processing (3–10 days) + Shipping (4–15 days). Though many shipments arrive more quickly in our experience, unforeseen events may still extend that timeframe.
- Unforeseen Delays: Customs checks, holiday surges, local strikes, or extreme weather can slow down delivery.
- Tracking: We’ll provide a tracking code by email once your package dispatches. If you haven’t received it 14 days post-dispatch, please contact us.
- Tracking Visibility: Because international logistics and local postal systems vary widely, tracking details may not appear until your package reaches the destination continent‘s postal network (1, 2).
In some cases you’ll see updates sooner; in others, tracking will become available upon entry to the final delivery region. - No Guaranteed Date: Express shipments typically move faster, but we do not make binding promises for exact delivery dates.
5. Duties, Taxes & Customs
- Buyer’s Responsibility: Any VAT, import duties, or taxes imposed by your local government are the buyer’s responsibility. We are unable to guarantee avoidance of duties or taxes imposed by local authorities.
- Delays from Customs: Customs inspections can prolong shipping times. We appreciate your understanding if this occurs.

6. Lost or Missing Parcels
Once a package leaves our warehouse and is in the carrier’s possession, we are not liable for carrier errors or losses. However, we will assist in tracing lost shipments or filing claims if needed. If the carrier confirms a parcel is lost, we’ll explore possible replacements or refunds per our Return Policy.
7. Replacements & Refunds
- Damaged or Wrong Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please refer to our Return Policy. We typically do not require items to be returned, but video proof is a must.
- No Other Returns: For non-damaged or correctly delivered items, we do not accept returns unless specified otherwise.

Return Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies only to products sold or fulfilled directly by us (“self-run products”). If you purchased an item via an affiliate link, any returns or refunds must follow the external platform’s policies. Please check their customer support for instructions.
2. Eligibility for Refund
- Defective Products: The item arrives with major functional failures qualify as defects. Minor factory imperfections are normal in all official and 3rd parties productions and aren’t considered defects.
- Incorrect Shipment: If we sent you a product different from what you ordered.
For either scenario, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days from receiving the package. Please record a continuous unboxing video – from the sealed SHIPPING package opening through inspection of the item—and be prepared to share it along with any requested photos. Once we verify the evidence, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days (bank processing time not included).
While we cannot accept returns for minor factory imperfections, we genuinely understand how much condition matters to collectors.
