Payment Options

1. Accepted Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods for self-run product orders:

• Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB and China UnionPay
• Wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link

We may introduce additional payment options in the future.

For affiliate items, payment is handled on the external seller’s platform, and their policies will apply.

2. Pricing & Currency

• Prices in USD: All products are priced in US Dollars (USD).
• Exchange Rates: If you pay using a non-USD card, your bank or credit card provider will handle the currency conversion. Additional fees or administrative charges may apply, which you are responsible for.
• No Price Adjustments: Once payment is completed, we cannot retroactively apply discounts or promotions to an existing order.

3. Transaction Security

We use trusted payment gateways (i.e. PayPal, Stripe, etc.) with industry-leading encryption to protect your financial data. While we strive to ensure secure transactions, we cannot guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service at all times. Please see our Terms of Service for liability and warranty disclaimers.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

• Order Confirmation: Once payment is approved, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Review it carefully and contact us immediately if any details are incorrect.
• Cancellations: We generally do not allow cancellations once payment is completed. If you have an urgent concern, reach out to us at [email protected] or contact form, and we’ll evaluate on a case-by-case basis. Affiliate orders cannot be canceled through us; you must follow the external platform’s procedures.

5. Refunds

For self-run products, we only issue refunds under the conditions outlined in our Return Policy (e.g., defective or wrong items). We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” or shipping delays. Affiliate items are subject to the external seller’s rules.
