Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, we do our utmost to ensure the item matches its photo. However, some pictures are provided by our suppliers, so minor differences may occur. If you have any concerns or specific questions, feel free to reach out.

The merch I want is sold out - can you help me locate it?

Absolutely! We know how tough it can be to track down rare or discontinued items. Simply fill out our We Look For You↗ form, tell us what you’re seeking, and our team will do its best to source that elusive merch on your behalf. We’ll notify you once we find a lead—so you can focus on what matters most: enjoying your fandom.

Why can I only buy one unit of some products?

Many of our items are extremely limited or on the verge of going out of stock. By restricting these products to one unit per order, we allow more collectors to access these hard-to-find pieces at fair prices. If you need multiples, please place separate orders - or contact us - and we’ll do our best to accommodate. We respectfully discourage bulk-buying for reselling.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

For orders placed on our site, simply go to My AccountOrders. If you made a purchase via an affiliate link, please check that platform’s order history for your receipt.

How can I return an item?

We accept returns for items with factory defects or incorrect shipments with Video evidence. If you need assistance, please visit our Return Page↗. For affiliate purchases, returns are handled through the external platform’s policy.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, we’ll try our best to replenish popular products as soon as possible. For affiliate items, availability depends on the partner platform. If you’re interested in something that’s currently out of stock, please add it to your wishlist - you’ll be notified the moment it’s back.
